Shipping terms and conditions
- Ureeka pharmacy uses a Australia Post with registered tracking numbers for all parcels. If your item is lost or damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Ureeka pharmacy within 7 days of the delivery or the failed delivery date in order to organise a refund or resend of the item. If after a 7 day period the customer fails to contact Ureeka pharmacy, no responsibility will be taken for the damaged or lost item.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of their item using the tracking numbers provided via email. Ureeka pharmacy takes no responsibility for tracking an item once it has been lodged with the courier service.
Refunds will not be offered for change of mind. Refunds will only be awarded on faulty items. If your item is damaged or is lost in transit a replacement item will be provided for you.
- Domestic orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping charges are a flat rate of $8.45.
- Deliveries are done Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm.
- Signature on deliver is required for all items. If you are not at your residence at the time of delivery a calling card will be left. It is the customers responsibility to ring the number on the card arrange for a re-delivery.
